How to pay for your bespoke piece

Secure, and Convenient Payment Options

At Durham Rose, we recognise that purchasing a bespoke piece of jewellery is a special and meaningful investment. That’s why we offer a variety of secure, convenient, and flexible payment methods to suit your needs. Below, you’ll find an overview of the available options, allowing you to choose the one that works best for you.

Our Secure Payment Methods

1. Credit and Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Card payments provide a quick and convenient way to complete your purchase, allowing for immediate processing. All transactions are securely encrypted through our trusted payment gateway, ensuring your personal and financial information remains protected.

2. PayPal

For added convenience and security, we also accept payments via PayPal. This option allows you to complete your transaction quickly using your PayPal account, without needing to enter card details directly.

3. Bank Transfers

Our Payment Process

We believe in making the bespoke jewellery journey as seamless and stress-free as possible. Our structured payment process ensures clarity at every stage, allowing you to plan confidently while we bring your vision to life.

Initial Design Session:

Complimentary

Your journey begins with a no-obligation design consultation, where we discuss your ideas, inspirations, and preferences to start shaping your bespoke piece.

Design Refinement:

 £180 Deposit

Once we’ve explored your vision, a £180 payment is required to refine and finalise your model, ensuring every detail aligns with your specifications. This will be credited from your final invoice.

Manufacturing Stage:

50% Payment

After you’ve approved the design, a 50% payment is required to begin production. This allows us to source materials and start crafting your unique piece.

Final Payment:

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due upon completion of your piece, either before or on collection or prior to delivery.

Will I incur any additional transfer fees on top of my payment?

No, there are no additional transfer fees for bank payments when you make a payment to us. The full amount you transfer will be received by us without any deductions. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our team.

Do you accept cash payments?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments. We only offer online payment options for your convenience.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined twice, we recommend trying a different card or contacting your bank to resolve the issue. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.
