Whether you’re looking to create a matching wedding band, set an unusually shaped stone, or safeguard your jewellery in case it is ever lost or stolen, our 3D scans ensure an exact fit and offer peace of mind for the future.

Reimagining Old Pieces: Setting Your Own Stones
Give your old jewellery a fresh new purpose. Whether you’d like to reset existing stones or use gemstones you’ve sourced yourself, our remodelling service allows you to create something new from pieces you already own. Our skilled team will work closely with you to retain the sentimental value and history of your jewellery, while creating a design that feels personal to you.

Wax-model & Silver Prototype: Visualise And Perfect
Wax models and silver prototypes allow you to see and assess your design before the final piece is made. They provide a physical representation of the proposed design, allowing you to check the proportions, shape and overall look before production.
Wax Model Charges: £70
Silver Prototype Charges: Starting from £500 (Price varies depending on the design; please get in touch for an accurate quote.)
Ring Resizing: Getting The Right Fit
We understand that the right fit is important. Our skilled jewellers offer resizing services with care, ensuring adjustments maintain the integrity and design of your piece. Whether you need a small or larger adjustment, our team can advise on the best approach. If you’re unsure of your ring size, we can also guide you through the sizing process.
Within One-Year Warranty: Complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes for Durham Rose clients.
Charges: From £120 + VAT (for resizing up to 2 sizes, additional alterations may incur higher charges.)

You’ll receive a Zoom link ahead of your appointment, ready to join at your scheduled time. During your session, your designer will share ideas visually using 3D modelling software to help explore and develop your concept together. This allows us to discuss proportions, styles, and design direction, helping to shape your vision with confidence before moving into the next stages of design.

We offer exclusive, appointment-only consultations for clients who wish to meet us in person. At our creative studio, your dedicated designer will use advanced 3D modelling software to explore and develop your ideas. To ensure you get the most from your visit, we recommend booking in advance so we can prepare your consultation and have a designer ready to guide you through each stage of your design journey.
